《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》于2021年11月1日起施行。西南财经大学和巴黎商学院双聘教授赵克锋在央视CGTN接受采访，他认为，个人信息保护法对于我国数字经济的长期发展至关重要，立法目的在于约束国内外公司在数据的收集、储存、传输和处理过程中要遵守相关规定，不得过度使用数据收集产品，不能以不公平或不透明的方式收集用户信息。

CGTN spoke to Benjamin Chiao, Professor at Paris School of Business and Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, for his view on new Personal Information Protection Law.
